Build your stationery around its tasks: announce the date, collect replies, explain the schedule and help guests at the table. Each item needs its own wording and quantity.
A save-the-date announces the date, an RSVP card collects replies and a details card explains the schedule. Menus and place cards are prepared for the venue and do not have to travel with invitations.
Check quantities for each item
Discuss menus per guest or per table. Count place cards from the final name list. Include your table count, guest count and preferred menu placement in the enquiry.
Questions about your selection
Can I enquire about menus alone?
Yes. Choose a menu example and specify the quantity. Invitations, envelopes and other pieces are not added automatically; the enquiry contents are agreed separately.
When should I provide names for place cards?
Provide the list after checking name spelling and seating. If replies are still pending, mention this in the enquiry and agree when the list must be final before layout approval.
