Before we begin
Can I request a design based on my own reference?
Yes. Describe your idea or attach a file. New design, adaptation and printing a supplied layout are different services; your manager will confirm the scope.
Why are prices provided by quote?
The cost depends on the suite, quantity of each item, materials, finishing and destination. We agree an itemized quote after clarifying these details. Unknown costs are never treated as zero.
Can invitations arrive before the wedding in another city?
Enter your receipt location and date separately from the event location and date. For split delivery, describe which items go where. Availability and cost of each shipment require confirmation.
What is the minimum quantity and production time?
Universal minimums and lead times have not been established. Enter your desired quantity and receipt date; available terms are agreed before ordering. Production follows preparation and approval of the layout.
Can the printed text use two languages?
Specify the languages and wording. We will agree line breaks, text length and layout. Your interface language can differ from the language printed on your stationery.
Does uploading a PDF mean it is print ready?
No. Files are received for assessment. Size, bleed, color profile and other production specifications are confirmed for your particular order before layout approval.
Where would you like to receive your order?
50 destinations are available for requests. This is a request area: production and delivery availability require separate confirmation. Your receipt destination can differ from your wedding location.
