Practical guides to cakes, balloons and celebration planning, plus advice on invitations and stationery. Request a quote; production and delivery need confirmation.
A celebration takes shape in stages
Prepare invitations first, finalise names and menus as the guest list settles, then coordinate your cake, balloons and delivery.
Choose two designs in your city catalogue and send the manager their links, your guest count, event date and budget with its currency. Ask what size, design details and delivery the quote covers. A starting price is not a confirmed total.
Use the event date in the recipient city, provide the full address and a local contact, and describe any surprise or hotel handover requirements. The manager must separately confirm the date and delivery feasibility.
Choose one main reference, explain which details matter and send the inscription as separate text with the exact name and date. Distinguish essential features from flexible preferences. The manager will confirm what can be made.
You can attach up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos, each no larger than 5 MB. Choose one main reference and explain which details you want from the others. Type the exact inscription separately in your preferences.
Wait for the on-screen receipt confirmation. Clicking the submit button alone does not confirm delivery of your enquiry. A received enquiry starts the discussion: the manager separately confirms the design, final quote, date and delivery.
Choose the relevant guest range or “Not sure yet” in the quiz, then describe your provisional count and serving plans in the preferences. If the chosen design has no stated weight or servings, ask the manager to agree the size instead of converting guests into kilograms yourself.
Send the preferred design link and state your filling or flavour preference separately. The product page’s “Ingredients and Decoration” section is not a list of compatible fillings. The manager must confirm the combination, agreed ingredients and final quote.
Bento cakes can be prepared in one day. The manager confirms whether your particular order can be ready for the requested date and time. Production time for other cakes depends on weight, so discuss the size alongside your preferred date.
Payment is available via PayPal and Revolut, and in Russian rubles (RUB), Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) and USDT. PayPal and Revolut are services; RUB and KZT are currencies. Agree the payment details, total and terms with the manager before paying.
Orders are delivery-only. The delivery cost depends on distance, so send the manager the exact address and ask for a quote for your order. Confirm the specific amount and handover feasibility with the manager.
Start with your guest count and serving plan, then ask for the dimensions, weight and servings of the specific cake. A photograph, tier count or starting price is not a serving calculation. Confirm missing specifications before agreeing the order.
Choose the purpose first: a gift bouquet, a photo backdrop or table decoration. Then compare the contents, dimensions and placement rather than only the photograph’s colours. Filling, lettering, supports, availability and handover need confirmation for the selected option.
Choose the main focal point and repeat one or two of its colours in the other decoration. Compare specific cake and balloon designs, send both links in one brief and confirm the shades. A visual pairing does not establish a ready-made bundle, an exact colour match or joint delivery.
Plan around dependencies: event details and invitations first, then replies and personalised details, then final cake size, decoration specifications and handover. You can enquire about availability and lead times earlier at any stage. There is no universal production calendar for every supplier.
Count recipients and sets as well as guests. A couple or household may share an invitation; count inserts and envelopes separately. You choose any spares. Minimum quantities and quantity increments must be confirmed in the quote.
Choose items for a purpose: an invitation announces the event, an RSVP collects replies, a menu explains the meal, and seating stationery helps guests find their places. There is no required universal set. Agree quantities, personalisation and delivery for every item.
Start with readability, handover and the contents of the set. Discuss your preferred size, paper feel and finish. The producer must confirm the exact stock, weight and printing compatibility. A screen image cannot establish the final texture or exact colour.
Prepare exact names, the event date and local time, venue, address and reply method. For bilingual invitations, approve both final texts and their placement. The website language and printed text language are separate choices.
Approve a specific proof version together with wording, contents, quantities and agreed materials. Check both sides, languages, names and links. Changes after approval require renewed agreement on the affected details.
For an initial assessment, send artwork in an accepted format, preferred dimensions, quantities and a clear brief. Accepting a file does not mean it is print-ready. The selected producer must confirm bleed, colour profile, font handling and the final production format.
Start with the date the recipient needs the items. Agree artwork preparation, approval, production and transport separately. Timing must be confirmed for your specification and route. The wedding date alone does not determine when invitations should arrive.
The event location and delivery destination can differ. Invitations may be requested at home, while menus and place cards may go to the venue. List separate item groups, quantities, destinations and preferred receipt dates. Every route needs confirmation.
