Send the preferred design link and state your filling or flavour preference separately. The product page’s “Ingredients and Decoration” section is not a list of compatible fillings. The manager must confirm the combination, agreed ingredients and final quote.
Separate the design and flavour in one message
A link or photograph explains the appearance you like. A filling name answers a different question: what flavour you have in mind. Send both preferences separately so the manager can check the specific combination.
For example: “I like the linked design and would prefer a chocolate filling. Could you check whether that works for the agreed size and date, and confirm the ingredients and total?” This is a feasibility enquiry, not an agreed substitution.
Reading “Ingredients and Decoration”
This section lists elements used to describe the model, such as cream, berries or decoration. It is not a filling selector and does not confirm that the design can use every option in the filling guide.
If the product description differs from your preferred filling, tell the manager explicitly. Sending another photo or choosing a general flavour preference does not agree a new ingredient specification.
If you only know a flavour direction
The quiz lets you choose a flavour preference or “Help me choose”. That starts the discussion; it does not set a recipe. For example, selecting “Chocolate” does not by itself identify the sponge, cream or additions.
If you choose a name from the filling guide, send that exact name and ask about availability for your city, model, size and date. Describe ingredient preferences or restrictions separately rather than inferring the agreed ingredients from a photo.
What the final discussion should establish
Ask the manager to confirm the design, filling and ingredients for the agreed specification, along with the size and final quote. If the combination is not confirmed, discuss possible options instead of assuming a substitute.
Before confirming the order, check the agreed description against both preferences: how the cake should look and which filling has been agreed.
