Is the service confirmed in my city?
We accept enquiries across the Emotions city directory. A request does not confirm a provider or a specific menu. A manager checks your date, venue and requirements individually.
Can I enquire without choosing a menu?
Yes. Describe the event, guests, preferences and budget. You can select “Help me choose” in the form.
Are staff, tableware and cleanup included?
Only when stated in the agreed proposal. The quote separates food, delivery, staffing, rentals, setup and cleanup.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Include restrictions in the enquiry. The provider must confirm ingredients, substitutions and preparation conditions. An enquiry does not guarantee an allergen-free menu.
Does submitting a request book the event?
No. Availability, menu, price and terms need separate approval before organising the order.
