The event location and delivery destination can differ. Invitations may be requested at home, while menus and place cards may go to the venue. List separate item groups, quantities, destinations and preferred receipt dates. Every route needs confirmation.
In this guide
Divide the order into clear groups
For example, invitations and envelopes are needed at home before travel, while menus and place cards go to the organiser at the venue. Describe both groups and give each item its own quantity. Do not choose the wedding city as the delivery destination just because it is already in the form.
If a destination is missing from the list, enter the city and country as another destination. Availability, method and price need checking. A directory entry does not guarantee delivery.
Agree the route and handover
For the initial enquiry, provide the city, country, preferred date and recipient role: yourself, the organiser or the venue. Share the full address and recipient contact through a private channel when delivery is being agreed.
Confirm who can receive the shipment, venue rules and who will place the stationery. Delivery to the venue does not imply assembly or setting tables. For international shipping, agree restrictions, possible charges and responsibility for them separately.
Review a quote for each group
Ask for packaging, transport and additional work as separate quote lines. Unknown delivery is not free delivery. Confirmation for one route does not cover another. An invitation presentation box is different from protective shipping packaging.
Delivery to a city does not establish an Emotions production site or warehouse there. The producer and handover arrangement must be confirmed for your request.
Put your stationery brief together
Choose a design idea or send your own artwork. State quantities for each item, printed languages, event location and preferred delivery destination and date. The team will check production options and prepare a quote.
