With delivery, prepared dishes are handed to the recipient; later tasks depend on the agreed scope. Setup, serving, replenishment and cleanup require separate confirmation. Choose service according to the programme and venue facilities.

Delivery: agree the handover
Confirm packaging, handover time, recipient contact and receiving point. Storage and serving instructions must be confirmed by the supplier for the specific menu. Do not assume delivery includes unpacking, setup or cleanup afterwards.
Setup and staffed service are different tasks
For delivery with setup, define exactly what will be arranged and when the team finishes. Staffed service needs an agreed task list, duration, serving, replenishment and closing duties. Staffing levels cannot be set universally without the menu, programme and venue.
On-site cooking needs a separate check
An on-site cooking request needs venue consent and a supplier review. Power, water, work areas and fire restrictions depend on the task. Food delivery in a city does not establish availability of BBQ or outdoor catering.
Prepare your catering enquiry
Share the city, local date and time, guest count and preferences. Emotions seeks a suitable local supplier, then agrees the menu, price and service scope. An enquiry does not book a supplier.
